Evensong is the name given to evening worship which is sung in cathedrals and some parish churches every day. It is based on the monastic office of Vespers and is made up of Psalms, scripture readings and prayer. This spiritual and contemporary musical presentation is modeled after the sacred evensong service, however is intermingled with poetry, spiritualist philosophy, inspiring quotations, prayer and meditation.

GHOSTS OF GETTYSBURG. . . AND BEYOND

America’s Civil War battlefields are laboratories for paranormal investigations. Mark Nesbitt has collected over a thousand stories that appear to show evidence of spirit entities lingering on battlefields, as seen in The Ghosts of Gettysburg series on the History Channel. Dr. Emmons has collected similar accounts of hauntings in China as well as in the town of Gettysburg and on the Gettysburg College campus. Using these data as well as photographs, videos and audio recordings, Nesbitt and Emmons will present both evidence of ghosts and theories to explain them.
