The Monks conclude the creation of the mandala with a consecration ceremony. During the Closing Ceremony, the monks dismantle the mandala, sweeping up the colored sands to symbolize the impermanence of all that exists. Half of the sand is distributed to attendees as blessings for peace and healing. The remainder is carried in a procession by the Monks and attendees to the Lily Dale Beach, where it will be poured into the water to disperse its healing energy.

This event is limited to 75 participants.
