One second is all it takes for light to travel 186,000 miles or for a thought to go around the earth three times. Electrons orbit the nucleus of an atom 40,000 times in the same time period. The highest teachings of modern science inform us that there is one primal substance from which all physical matter is made: Energy . . . and it moves fast.

Natural law states that energy can never be created nor destroyed; only changed from one form to another. Our thoughts can move and mold energy to produce physical results in our lives. By using effective techniques, we can focus our thoughts like laser beams to achieve the results we need and desire. It is possible to learn to influence future outcomes with energy-directed thought.

TOM NEWMAN, an ordained minister, is the Pastor of the Shrine of the Master Church in Sarasota, Florida, a position he has held for the past 12 years. He has been a member of the church for the past 45 years. Tom teaches metaphysical classes in the education program of the Church of Metaphysical Christianity in Sarasota. He has also studied at the Author Findlay College in England and has been a guest lecturer at several churches in Florida and at the Spiritualist Center of York, England. In addition to many spiritual certificates, Tom holds a masters degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and a Certificate of Executive Education from the University of Virginia.
