Meditation Made Easy takes the mystery out of meditation and makes meditative practice life-affirming, insightful, and fun. This course teaches a wide range of meditative techniques that include processing, imagery, release, and inspirational meditations with examples of each. Included in the workshop are ways to prepare for meditation, what to do if one is having trouble meditating, and a guided group meditation. Whether one wishes to explore metaphysical questions, experience higher awareness, or come to terms with the mystery within, mediation serves. The presenter, Linda A. Lavid, is an award-winning author of 101 Ways to Meditate: Discover Your True Self. She holds a Master’s degree in Social work and is a certified hypnotherapist with a practice in healing imagery.
Linda Lavid a retired social worker. Since leaving a thirty-year career, I’ve written books, delved in to painting, and continued exploring transpersonal therapies that include meditation and healing imagery. I received my certification in hypnotherapy after completing a remarkable course given by Patricia Price, a renowned medium from Lily Dale.
