Learn about the Mind/Body Connection and the Magnitude of the Heart. The heart is a physical organ as well as an emotional one. This workshop will address the emotional as well as the physical heart and present ways to take care of both. You can expect to leave having a better understanding of your physical and emotional body and ways to support and nurture both.

MICHELE J. DRAGAS, B.S., LMT, RM is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Education and from the College of Massotherapy with a License by the Medical Board of the State of Ohio. Is a Reiki Master and is apprenticing with a Kahuna learning Traditional Hawaiian Healing. In addition to private practice with massage therapy and the healing arts, is also on the faculty of Lakeland Community College teaching in the Health and Physical Education Department. Having over 25 years of experience in the health, fitness, wellness and personal performance field, Michele has created classes for the Community Learning Department for personal development and is now pleased to offer this opportunity to learn about the Mind/Body Connection and the Magnitude of the Heart.
