While many of us are not prepared to confront the physical, emotional and spiritual tasks of death, it can be a unique growth experience. A normal process, death is nonetheless, mysterious and sacred, hard work and requiring great courage and trust. Whether the death of a loved one, or our own mortality confronted, understanding the dimensions of death and dying enable and empower us to accept this great challenge.

Through meditation, personal rites development and interactive exercises, we explore our fears and beliefs about dying and learn the importance of living our lives fully and with passion.

CARA SEEKINGS - Able to communicate with Spirit since age 3 ½, Cara Seekings is a “forever” student of Mediumship and Healing. She is a Registered Professional Clinical Nurse Specialist with double Master Degrees in Holistic Health and Motivational Psychology. She taught in the SUNY system for 17 plus years and has been a practicing Hypnotherapist for more then 25 years. She’s a certified New York State Mediator and Arbitrator. A professional art quilter, Cara is a collaborator in Faery Frond Quilts and serves on numerous community boards and civic organizations. An ordained Spiritualist minister, she is a member of Church of the Living Spirit, City of Light Spiritualist Church, Lily Dale Assembly and has served Spirit in Lily Dale as a clairvoyant and platform speaker.
