In this workshop you will learn about expanded states of consciousness and what is termed “astral travel” or out of body experiences, a state of consciousness separate and apart from the physical body; the how, when, why and where this happens, who can do it and how we can tell them apart from dreams.

You will learn about techniques to control them and maintain awareness and memory for greater understanding and enrichment of your life journey. This is an extraordinary opportunity to explore your many dimensions of existence and the spiritual reality of self.

You may want to bring a mat and a pillow to be comfortable during guided meditations.

CAROL GASBER, B.S., P.A. worked in the medical field as a Physician’s Assistant for twenty years and has served as a medium, healer, lecturer and teacher for over 40 years throughout the United States and Canada. Having had controlled out of body explorations since early childhood, she is one of the few experienced “experts” in this field of study. Along with Dr. Elizabeth Kubler-Ross, Ram Dass and several psychiatrists and psychologists she took part in a study control group of nine individuals whose mission was to help Robert Monroe (author of Journeys Out Of The Body and founder of The Monroe Institute) establish methods of teaching out of body experiences. Carol is one of the psychics featured in The Secret Life of Plants. She has made numerous radio and television appearances and has taken part in helping various law enforcement agencies in solving cases of missing persons and crime.
