Reiki, a hands-on healing technique, uses powerful high frequency vibrational energy for stress reduction and relaxation to promote healing.

Believed to have originated in Tibet and rediscovered in the early 1900’s by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan, Reiki has gained wide acceptance in traditional healing fields.

There are three levels of Reiki training, and level 1 provides:

• An overview of the history of Reiki and its introduction to the Western World.
• Instruction and experiential training in this hands-on healing technique for healing self and others.
• Initiation and attunement to the transcendental energy.
• Certification upon successful completion of Reiki I.

Review Fee: $50.00 (For those who have prior Reiki certification and would like to refresh their skills and training.)

JAN COOKE - Reiki Master Teacher, began her Reiki training in 1992 and has been teaching all levels of Reiki since 1998. Also certified in Therapeutic Touch and ordained as a Spiritualist minister, she has taught and lectured at Unity Centers as well as Spiritualist organizations.
