Have your life and responsibilities grown bigger but less satisfying? Can you actually make room for what really matters to you? Have you wondered, “Is this all there is?” Do you know how to fill your Soul Self up, or are you drained/exhausted by others and by work at the end of the day? Do you need a prescription for burnout? Have you thought there must be more than making a living, buying a better car/house/vacation?

If so, come for a soul-satisfying “vacation” to learn the perspectives that your inner guidance brings to you, as you are coached into giving it your attention. Explore what gives life meaning on a personal level. In this highly interactive class, we will discuss what scientists and sages, masters and mystics have to teach about living a balanced life, as you incorporate the techniques, tools and wisdom that feed your soul. Practice how your body can support your mind (thinking and feeling) and spirit. You will uncover the unique blueprint within yourself and make room to simplify your life, clarify your values, and invest in your life’s purpose.
