REV. LELIA E. CUTLER, NST, CM, is a minister ordained by the National Spiritualist Association of Churches in 1988 and has been in Spiritualism for more than 30 years. She has served on the National Board for NSAC for ten years, and is currently its President. Lelia also serves as treasurer for the Center for Spiritualist Studies and the Morris Pratt Institute.

Lelia retired after nearly 40 years as a top executive in the financial industry. She taught at Tidewater Community College for 20 years. She is the senior minister with The Memorial Spiritualist Church in Norfolk, Virginia, where she previously served as president, treasurer, and secretary. For more than 30 years she has taught on a variety of spiritual topics.
