The Magical Mystery Tour: An adventure of discovery through Deep Imagery. Participants will be introduced to the practice of deep imagery and given practical guidelines for communication with the sacred inner world.

Several imagery doorways will be explored during the course of the day, including Inner friend and Special place, Journeying with the Natural world, and communication with other realms.

Participants will be guided in their imagery experiences, and have a chance to share in large and small groups if they wish. Gentle stretching will be interspersed with the imagery work as we invite our bodies to be present and alive during the course of this day of pioneering and revelation in the world of imagery.

JENNY GARRISION is a deep imagery guide and Kripalu yoga teacher with a professional background in nursing. Her imagery certifications are with The Academy for Guided Imagery and The International Institute for Visualization Research.

She brings to her expert guiding a clear, loving heart and a strongly spiritual base. A seasoned journeyer herself, she leads others competently and wisely. Her presentations are informal and experiential, weaving mind, body and spirit in an atmosphere of discovery and homecoming.
