Here is a fascinating look into the world that might have been from a shamanic perspective. Two roads divided long ago and were supposed to merge again, but didn’t. Those on one road lost their way and their knowledge of the fourth direction, and became stuck. The premise is that those in power, of the White Road, long ago lost their connection to Spirit, the fourth direction. They were endlessly stuck in the first three directions, Beginning - Growth - Harvest and back to beginning again.

They could not complete the natural cycle of connecting to Spirit and acquiring the wisdom to progress into enlightenment. We are the descendents of those lost souls and so we live in a world run by fear, lack and greed. The continuing “harvesting” of the Earth’s resources has caused major problems. There are those who lived in the four directions, the people of North America, and we need to reconnect to spirit and learn to live in harmony with each other and the Earth before it is too late.
