You can learn to live in health, peace, joy and balance no matter what is happening in your life by engaging the ten principals of the Energy Equation. The Energy Equation is an approach to life that teaches how to direct the flow of energies to bring about healing, blessings and personal transformation.

Participants will learn to:

• Gain insight into the nature of spiritual, personal, and physical energy and explore how to draw upon them.
• Recognize the ten most common areas where people lose energy.
• Prevent energy overdrafts, a source of physical and emotional discord.
• Support the the ability to generate positive energy.
• Learn how to raise awareness and improve reliance on spiritual guidance.
• Apply the laws of expanding energies for self-empowerment.

During the workshop, all participants will be encouraged to develop a personal energy plan to monitor their energy levels and recognize how they spend their personal energy allowance each day. Participants will learn how to stop overdrawing their energy account and live daily life in peace, joy, health, and balance.

SUSAN MIKOLIC, R.N., is a gifted psychic medium, teacher, writer, lecturer and mental health educational consultant. She is a member of the Northeast Mastery Empowerment Group and Mind, Body, Spirit Connected. Susan has been the subject of numerous newspaper, television and radio interviews and is currently presenting workshops across the U.S. on The Energy Equation Experience.
