Everything is provided for you. Select your hat and personalize it with items such as lace, fabric, ribbon, feathers and jewelry. If you wish, you may also bring your own special decorative items from home.
Hats and decorations are available for women, men and children. Children over ten years of age are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Please Note:
There is a material fee of $15 which will be collected by the presenter.
Ready made hats are also available:
- $30 for a women’s hat
- $10 for a man or child’s hat
Class limited to 20 participants.
CAROL DECHARD has been a resident of Lily Dale for over forty years. She has owned several businesses making and selling handcrafted items. She has been instrumental in founding many social and community groups as well as many events which have been beneficial to the community.
Carol created and chaired the First Annual Victorian Weekend. She is a charter member of the Artisans’ Guild and its first President.
The Artisan’s Guild was created in 2004 for the purpose of making items to donate to Lily Dale not-for-profit organizations. Residents and non residents who are interested in attending and contributing are always welcome.
